WHAT IS SPRUCE OINTMENT USED FOR?

Records of the medicinal effects of spruce resin and its methods of use date back to ancient times. It was mostly used for skin diseases and injuries.

Spruce resin

Spruce resin protects the spruce from drying out and helps it heal damaged parts of the trunk or branches. It is produced in the resin ducts within the tree. It heals injuries on the tree's trunk and does the same for injuries on our skin.
